We believe choosing the right learning environment for your child is an important decision. Our admissions process is designed to ensure Rooted Together Academy is a meaningful fit for both the child and the family.

Joining Rooted Together
Join the Interest List
Families begin by completing our Interest Form to introduce themselves and their child. This may be done at any point in the year.
Get To Know My Child
Families are asked to complete our Get To Know My Child form so we can better understand your child's personality, learning style, and needs.
Tour & Family Interview
Nicole or Katie will contact you to schedule a tour of the learning environment and an interview to ensure Rooted Together Academy is a strong fit for both your child and your family.
Application & Enrolment
If the Academy and family mutually feel it is a good fit, families will complete the registration process and review the Parent Handbook, Informed Consent, and Release of Liability documents. If the Academy is full, you will be put on our waitlist and contacted a soon as a space becomes available.
Welcome to Rooted Together
Once enrolment is confirmed, your child officially becomes part of the Rooted Together learning community.
Investment
Tuition
Rooted Together Academy is a small, intentionally designed learning community that prioritizes individualized learning, small group ratios, and meaningful relationships.
Annual tuition for the 2026–2027 school year is $10,800 per student and is divided into three installments throughout the academic year.
Additional Fees
A non-refundable enrolment deposit of $300 is required upon acceptance into the program. This deposit will be credited toward the final tuition installment.
Families will also contribute to the annual Student Project & Supplies Fund, which supports hands-on learning materials, projects, and classroom resources throughout the year.
Student Project & Supplies Fund: $250 per student annually.

Small Community by Design

Rooted Together Academy intentionally limits enrolment to maintain a nurturing and highly individualized learning environment.
This small group allows educators to build meaningful relationships with each child while supporting their unique developmental needs.
The Founding Family Perk: A Lasting Legacy
To honour our Founding Families, we will be creating a living symbol of your place in our story.
During the first week of school, we will quite literally “put down roots” by planting a small tree on the Academy grounds—a reflection of growth, connection, and the journey we are beginning together.
At the end of the school year, the names of our Founding Families will be added to a commemorative plaque recognizing the Seedling Opening Year —a lasting tribute to those who helped bring Rooted Together Academy to life.
