We believe choosing the right learning environment for your child is an important decision. Our admissions process is designed to ensure Rooted Together Academy is a meaningful fit for both the child and the family.

Joining Rooted Together

Join the Interest List

Families begin by completing our Interest Form to introduce themselves and their child.

Get To Know My Child

Parents are asked to complete our "Get To Know My Child" form so we can better understand your child's personality, learning style, and needs.

Tour & Family Interview

Nicole or Katie will contact you to schedule a tour of the learning environment and an interview to ensure Rooted Together Academy is a strong fit for both your child and your family.

Application & Enrolment

If the Academy and family mutually feel it is a good fit, families will complete the registration process and review the Parent Handbook, Informed Consent, and Release of Liability documents.

Welcome to Rooted Together

Once enrolment is confirmed, your child officially becomes part of the Rooted Together learning community.

Rooted Together Academy admissions

Tuition

Rooted Together Academy is a small, intentionally designed learning community that prioritizes individualized learning, small group ratios, and meaningful relationships.

Annual tuition for the 2026–2027 school year is $10,800 per student and is divided into three installments throughout the academic year.

September Installment
$3,600 Due September 1, 2026

December Installment $3,600 Due December 1, 2026

march Installment
$3,300 DUE MARCH 1, 2027

Additional Fees

A non-refundable enrolment deposit of $300 is required upon acceptance into the program. This deposit will be credited toward the final tuition installment.

Families will also contribute to the annual Student Project & Supplies Fund, which supports hands-on learning materials, projects, and classroom resources throughout the year.

Student Project & Supplies Fund: $250 per student annually.

Tuition payments help support small class ratios, individualized academic support, nature-based programming, and the unique learning environment at Rooted Together Academy.

Rooted Together Academy intentionally limits enrolment to maintain a nurturing and highly individualized learning environment.

16 Maximum Seedlings Enrolment

This small group allows educators to build meaningful relationships with each child while supporting their unique developmental needs.

Waitlist

If a Space Becomes Available

Once the Seedlings program reaches capacity, families will be invited to join our waitlist.

Waitlisted families will be contacted in the order their interest forms were received should additional spaces become available.
